Our client in Telco Industry is looking for Bilingual Sr. Customer Service Representative (Paging Team) for Montreal location. This is a 6 months contract with possibility of extension.
Need agents on the paging team to help with the upcoming volume of calls and emails.
Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.
Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.
Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes.
Qualification/Experience requirements include:
-Previous customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner
-Fluent in English and French
