Description This position will be responsible for all Administrative/Service functions that contribute to Penske Truck Leasing''s success in servicing our customers in a fast paced environment. The candidate selected for this position will be developed by the district leadership team and has regular interaction with all departments in the organization (Rental, Maintenance, Sales) with leadership at both the district and area level.The Business Operations Coordinator position is designed to introduce a new associate to many aspects of Penske''s operations and provide a foundation in which to develop in future positions, including leadership. Penske is committed to developing associates through use of on the job training, in-house formal training programs, and eLearning. Shift: Afternoons - 3:30pm to 11:00pm Major Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls expertly
Qualifications Qualifications: -Bachelor''s degree required-Prior automotive industry experience is preferred-Proficiency with computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required-Strong written and verbal communication is required -Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task are required-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job-Willingness to travel to other Penske Locations
