POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Corporate Communications will support the Director, Corporate Communications on various B2B and internal communications projects, at the dentalcorp Support Centre. In this position, you will be exposed to both traditional and digital marketing with the opportunity to learn and collaborate with a fantastic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Corporate Communications team with the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and programs to drive brand engagement and awareness
  • Develop and manage administrative processes for the entirety of the Corporate Communications team, including deadlines and vendor relations
  • Triage and address internal communication needs
  • Review and edit communications and branded materials for both internal and external audiences
  • Assist with the execution of conferences, and sponsorships
  • Contribute to a culture of service to internal stakeholders ensuring a superior level of engagement
  • Proactively contribute to a collaborative and supportive partnership with other disciplines including Business Development, Talent, Operations and Finance
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Written and verbal French language skills are an asset
  • Minimum of 1-year progressive B2B marketing or project management experience. Experience in healthcare services marketing an asset
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail exceptional organizational abilities including managing deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong team orientation and leadership through influence skills: understand and promote an interdepartmental approach to problem-solving; understand the value of bridging communications gaps
