Overview

PCM is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional and goal-oriented Corporate Recruiter to focus on hiring Technical Solutions Engineers, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales Reps and other Corporate positions in our offices in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary. This individual will manage a high volume requisition load.

Working in a fast paced recruiting environment, the role of this Recruiter will be to partner with Senior Management to create and maintain a consistent and solid candidate pipeline. This individual is a seasoned recruiter in the skilled in sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

  • Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, Indeed, external referrals, employee referrals
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future organizational needs
  • Gathering important information via data mining of various sourcing channels to provide market intelligence or potential candidate resumes
  • Evaluating profiles/information on potential candidates and conducting full cycle interviews to assess candidate availability, interest, skill level, cultural fit, and networking opportunities
  • Planning and running onsite career events utilizing our ''state of the art'' candidate engagement processes
  • Documenting all communication in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assisting hiring managers in making hiring decisions
  • Handling candidate pre-interview, onsite interviews and follow-up
  • Partner with HR in On-boarding preparation and set upmployés
  • Qualifications

  • Past experience working in the VAR/reseller channel is preferred but not required 
  • Strong expertise using LinkedIn for sourcing hard to fill positions
  • 4+ years of technical/sales recruiting experience
  • Skilled managing heavy workloads; thrive when you have more on your plate vs. less
  • Exceptional communication skills and white glove treatment for our candidates and Hiring Executives
