The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone inquiries from customers and dealers while ensuring that a high level of service to both parties is delivered. The representative’s primary responsibilities focus on responding to questions, changes, or concerns related to all active and current customer loan accounts. Key Accountabilities: Create a courteous while outstanding customer service Manage all administrative documents related to the customer service department key functions Functional Competencies: Proficient with Microsoft operating systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Must be bilinguall Education/Work Experience: Previous experience in a customer service capacity Previous experience in a customer service role. Completion of a post-secondary education program
