YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Direct and implement strategies for digital content creation and social media by establishing a yearly content calendar in order to achieve the Can-Am On-Road Vehicles objectives.
•Increase the visibility and reach of earned and owned content.
•Manage the internal production calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
•Guide the creative agency in producing content.
•Ensure strong integration of the Parts, Accessories and Clothing division, and of licensed products, into our communication plan.
•Hold weekly governance meetings with key stakeholders (content creation partners and the Can-Am On-Road marketing team).
•Assess and recommend strategies to increase effectiveness of our communications in order to improve brand recognition, credibility and engagement.
•Help create advertising material.
conditions de travail : QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree in administration or communication.
•Minimum of three years of experience with a company or agency.
•Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French).
•Experience managing creative or strategic marketing agencies.
•Specialized knowledge of strategies for customer engagement and social media communication.
•Ability to collaborate with partners in other commercial divisions and agencies to deliver results.
