If so, Broadstreet Properties is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to prioritize the work of Maintenance Technicians for our multi-family residential units in Southeast Edmonton. The role will assist with hands-on maintenance duties on site and ensure staff are confident in taking on the maintenance of their assigned property.
RESPONSIBLITIES Prioritize work order completion based on urgency
Complete any required weekly, monthly, semi-annual or annual building and/or system inspections
Support the completion of all maintenance activities
Ensure all work orders are closed and software updated in a timely manner
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
REQUIREMENTS 2+ years' experience leading a team
Related maintenance experience
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Great organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and specialized software programs
Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills required
Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
