•Coordinate ongoing projects to ensure on-time, on budget delivery of quality final product
•Coordinate a range of different resources - internal and external – including designers, writers, translators, printers, web etc.
•Review content – written and graphic; judge the quality and suitability for given purpose
•Ensure that new product, promotions etc. are posted on relevant platforms – web, electrical industry web sites etc.
•Responsible for development of quarterly newsletter to sales
•Monitor online company content for accuracy, timeliness and relevance
•University – undergraduate degree –with 3-5 years’ experience
•Strong English and/or French writing skills
•Marketing communications experience – ad agency or equivalent
•Understanding of production processes (print and electronic)
•Fluently bilingual – English and French
•Attention to detail and output quality – accurate, meticulous
•Organized, good judgement, ability to make decisions
