About Our Client

Our client, located in the Oakville/Burlington area, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 6 month contract. The company offers a vibrant corporate environment and you will be part of a large marketing team.


As part of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Assist the marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop project plans and keep tasks on target cross functionally
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign data
  • Conduct competitive analysis by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, positioning, pricing, and advertising campaigns in market
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Qualifications

    The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a marketing role
  • Analytical - comfortable doing the reporting and able to do some budgeting
  • Advanced communication skills including strong writing an proofreading skills
  • MS Office – able to use Excel and PowerPoint
