We are now on the hunt for a dynamic, creative and passionate to help us accelerate our growth within the Alberta markets through valuable partnerships, campaigns and online & offline initiatives. What will you do? Take a lead role in growing the consumer-side of the business for our Alberta markets by being accountable for every online and all offline marketing project. Be responsible for all marketing projects in Alberta, including but not limited to conceptualization, pitching, budgeting, sourcing, execution, reporting and analysis. Within offline marketing, you will Manage all the local street flyering & promoter pool (includes screening, hiring, scheduling, and ensure everyone is aligned with brand and communication message). Work closely as a liaison between our restaurant partners and account managers to create and execute flawless campaigns that generate value for all stakeholders involved. Plan and flawlessly execute all local events and guerrilla marketing initiatives to grow our foodie community and increase awareness in Calgary and Edmonton. Be fully accountable for hunting and fostering partnerships in the food, beverage and technology sectors. Take a proactive approach to staying ahead of competing project timelines and deliverables. This means planning for projects 3-6 months in advance and seamlessly managing multiple projects at any given time. Effectively manage budgets for all marketing campaigns within the Alberta market. This includes putting the budget together, tracking costs against it, finding efficiencies and reporting. Analyze trends, business results and the competitive environment; identify consumer insights and translate insights into action. What do you need to be? University degree in business or marketing-related field. 2-4 years of marketing experience, including not limited to agency, project management and campaign management. Passionate about food! You are a self-proclaiming, over the top foodie. You take pride in knowing the best restaurants in your city. Extremely driven and a self-starter. You are super comfortable taking an idea and running with it, seeing the project through from start to finish. Highly creative and out-of-the-box thinker! You love experimenting and coming up with wild new ideas. Meticulously organized. You have experience in and can seamlessly plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects at once. Able to build and maintain close working relationships and act as liaison with cross-functional and external stakeholders You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
