Partner Marketing Manager

Reports to: Senior Program Manager, Marketing

Location: Kitchener, Ontario; Vancouver, British Columbia; or Boston Massachusetts

Partner Marketing Manager

As a Partner Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing a deep understanding of Vidyard’s partner ecosystem to define and execute marketing plans to support growth objectives. You will work closely with demand generation, product marketing, content, and PR teams to develop and execute effective programs. We are seeking a natural communicator who is an outgoing strategic thinker. The successful candidate will be a collaborator and relationship enthusiast on all accounts both with strategic partners and in house teams and is is experienced in driving, planning, and implementing successful co-marketing programs.

As a Partner Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop overall strategy for partner marketing efforts and own success metrics against that strategy
  • Establish a scale-able partner marketing program and build ways to manage and track the effectiveness of our partner relationships and campaigns
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns for to-partner and through-partner execution
  • Collaborate with sales-enablement to ensure that the field has the right technical, marketing and sales content needed to present to/with our partner ecosystem
  • Act as the primary marketing contact and consultant for strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and programs
  • Collaborate with diverse clientele and business groups to help align marketing priorities and campaigns and consult on multiple programs and initiatives
  • To be an effective team member, you will have:

  • College/University degree preferably in marketing/business
  • 8+ years partner marketing experience in technology / software / B2B
  • Outstanding people skills with a keen eye to detail and organization
  • A can-do attitude with excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in teams of varying sizes
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams
