Pricing
The Pricing team is a trusted partner in the development of long and short range global pricing strategies, working closely with the regional and product merchants to assess and implement market, category and SKU level pricing opportunities. Our team enables strategy development by building consumer, competitive, and financial analyses to deliver a strong fact base and a logical framework for planning and strategic decision-making. Key activities for the team include consumer and competitive research and analytics, preparing material for and conducting workshops to enable pricing decisions, and tracking of pricing initiative implementation.

  • You perform quantitative analysis on financial results to measure key business drivers
  • You follow real-time, in-season results, and build elasticity models to measure price sensitivity
  • You perform seasonal primary market research, including competitive benchmarking and statistical analysis on quantitative consumer research
  • You build a sensitivity model of different scenarios and synthesize results through powerful written and verbal communication to enable senior leaders to make strategic business decisions
  • Once you have enrollment, you also enable implementation through project management support
  • You are responsible for your own learning and personal development, guided by a strong team and company culture dedicated to setting you up for success

  • Undergraduate degree a must, quantitative degree preferred
  • Strategy consulting experience with top tier firm 2-3 years
  • Proven analytical, strategic thinker with experience in financial analysis, transaction data analysis, and fielding market research.
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing large quantities of facts and data to support strategic business decisions
  • Experience in project management & delivering to tight deadlines
  • Experience writing and delivering presentations to senior executives
  • Highly experienced working in excel
  • Quick-thinker, intellectually curious, fast study, loves problem-solving
  • Ego-less, fun-loving, love to sweat
