Because of the unconventional nature of an IQOS Boutique, leading it requires a spectrum of personal traits, attributes, and behaviors not commonly found in traditional retail. With the customer at the center of all activities, manage end-to-end delivery of exceptional, unique and memorable consumer experience by focusing on educating the consumer in see the value of IQOS and the vision of a smoke-free future. Other responsibilities:

Support team members by motivating, recognizing, praising and rewarding in order to unlock discretionary efforts and by flagging areas of improvement and creating the necessary conditions to enable them to accomplish their goals.Business Acumen.Quick and savvy in understanding and effectively handling business situations in ways to deliver positive outcomes.
Connecting different pieces of information in order to innovate and being unafraid to experiment in new ways within Brand Operating BoundariesDesired Experience Bachelor’s Degree Three years of experience in consumer-facing operations (Experiential Retail, Hospitality, Consumer Entertainment), including upscale or diverse brand products and services.Experience in retail operation management, budgeting, and planning.Experience in leading culturally and demographically diverse teams.Ability to effectively communicate and operate in EnglishCapabilitiesCreating EmpathyListens carefully and courteously to others and takes time with people to build rapport and a climate where thoughts and feelings can be shared.Inspirational CommunicatorCommunication is clear, concise and well-structured, with good eye-contact and minimaldistractions.
