We are seeking two reliable, committed and enthusiastic summer students to work as Administrative Assistants in our Business Operations department at our Head Office in Guelph, ON . These positions will be four (4) month contracts commencing in May 2019 . The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance to the Business Operations department at Skyline’s Head Office and may also be required to complete special projects as assigned by the Department Supervisor.
Qualifications: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Ability to multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented. Work independently as well as in a team environment. Be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation. Demonstrate good organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Good PC skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
Education & Experience: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (university or college) and previous related work experience in general administration. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
