Job Description
Profile Our client is world class marine terminal. We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team. This person will work closely with supervisors to develop training programs with each of the trades groups within the operations team. He or she will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and developing a comprehensive training plan that meets established criteria, increasing employee moral and retention and promoting a safe workplace. Our client will provide relocation assistance and competitive remuneration. Profile Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all training and development activities
  • Develop, update, plan and implement training and development programs
  • Assess current and future training needs
  • Evaluate external supplier’s proposals
  • Establish training criteria
  • Communicate training events and resources to employees
  • Maintain a database of training resources
  • Develop a learning management system
  • Analyze training effectiveness and draft status reports for management
  • Evaluate training efficiency and the business impacts
  • Create training curriculum
  • Qualifications
  • University degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing learning management systems and training programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience evaluating training gaps and establishing training criteria
  • Experience conducting training programs
  • Experience evaluating training effectiveness
  • Proficient computer skills
