  • Coordinate the creation of Training materials for our Sales Force, working with Subject Matter Experts to identify Learning Objectives and develop valuable content
  • Organize and coordinate the presentation of seminars, workshops and in-depth products training for our Sales Force
  • Evaluate training content and curriculums ensuring both are relevant for the target audience
  • Research new training tools, methodologies, and emerging trends in the adult education field, identifying ways to use those to further educate our field staff and dealers.
  • Manage both tactical and strategic aspects of projects while meeting requirements of quality, timelines and costs.
  • Use project management tools for ongoing monitoring of tasks and deliverable deadlines and keep trend charts up-to-date to ensure efficient progress of projects
  • Coordinate with management and internal departments to integrate new material in support of updating and building the training
  • Lead the governance with the Project and Management Team
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the BRP Learning Management System

  • Experience in Powersport or Automotive industry
  • Five (5) years of experience in training development
  • Experience in eLearning
  • Task Oriented and Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Consultative Selling Approach
  • Experience in Adult Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training Development or Instructional Design considered a plus
  • Fluent in English and French; other languages considered a plus
  • Natural disposition to think innovatively
  • Ability to identify and act quickly on opportunities
  • Excellent with power point, Excel and knowledge of Smartsheets a plus.
